Long Exposure 2

A bit of experimentation today while my daughter had her riding lesson.

I remembered that I had a Baadar Filter that I made for the solar eclipse and from Joel Tjintjelaar Long Exposure Guide, it looks to be about a 17 stop filter.

So here are a couple of shots with this filter.  I love the purple flare and the artsy stray light.  As you can see, my make-shift filter was never really meant to have the sun edge on.  I was shooting about 90 degrees to the sun.

Also the film is not perfectly smooth, thus the ripple effect and I did notice the reflection of the front element of the 14-24 lens in the photo.
