Above Fort Point

Again this was a day of firsts, this was the first time I walked part way across the Golden Gate.  I had not planned on even getting on the bridge but I had the time.  Thus to start, I took several pictures of the structure itself.  I like the angles, rivets and the solid look of these beams and from Fort Point one can see them up close.

Walking from Fort Point to the Bridge, these two pictures gives you the perspective of how the Fort and Bridge are situated to each other.

Now onto the Bridge.
